Fresh/Frozen Shrimp
From our freezer to yours!
John de-heads and freezes shrimp straight from the boat. All of our shrimp are frozen in water only in gallon ziplock type bags. We never quick freeze or add to what the waters of Mobile Bay give us. Shrimp frozen in water alone are easily thawed by running tap water over them until they begin to break apart, then they may be placed in small bags and re-frozen if a smaller bag size is more desirable.
